2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Whatever you enter in the tool is processed only in your browser and is not transmitted to us or anyone else.

3. Saving on your device (only if you choose to)

Only if you explicitly tick “Save on this device” does the tool keep your entries in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key: rechnung-kostenlos-v1 (andere Sprachen: rechnung-kostenlos-v1-en usw.)) so they are there on your next visit. The data does not leave your device. You can remove it at any time with “Clear all” or in your browser settings. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) – a service you have expressly requested.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Each time a page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and system information, referrer) to deliver the page and prevent misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable delivery). Data may be transferred to the USA; according to Cloudflare, such transfers are based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 5. Email enquiries

“Enquiry by email” opens your own email program with a prepared text. The website itself sends nothing. If you send the email, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please contact us at the email address above.
